Shipping is free for all Discount Airbeds products. Tax is charged only to orders delivered in the state of Nevada. Our beds generally ship within 3-5 business days after we receive your order. Orders that include a foundation may take longer. We only sell foundations as part of a set that includes a mattress; we do not sell foundations separately. We will occasionally run out of stock of certain models and sizes. If this is the case with your order, we will contact you asap.
We offer a 30 day Money Back Guarantee on all our air beds. If you are not completely satisfied, return your mattress to us within 30 days and we will refund your purchase price (less the outbound shipping costs) in full. The customer is responsible for the cost to return the mattress. If you have any questions about our return policy, please don't hesitate to contact us with your questions.

When you conduct a transaction on our website, as part of the process, we collect personal information you give us such as your name, address, email address and credit card information. Your personal information will be used for the purposes of your purchase only. You may also voluntarily choose to receive our newsletter, which includes special offers not available to the general public.
