How is the Discount Airbeds inflation system so quiet? A sound dampening internal structure means virtually silent operation. The inflation system uses a suspended pump motor and rubber feet, which both work to help eliminate vibrations. Thick, insulated walls insulate the already quiet motor, keeping noise down even further.  

Remember, since all of our mattresses come with dual controls, each sleeper can adjust his or her side of the bed independently of the other. Rest assured that your setting will not be disturbed by your partner's. The two controls are completely independent and won't interact with one another. And because the controls are hard-wired, you can't misplace them; they will be easy to find in the middle of the night!

• The four-function ergonomic wired controls feature two primary functions: inflate & deflate). Additional functions include a "sleep memory" and "bed-made-ready" auto-fill mode. 
   

• The digital LED controls are user friendly and ergonomically designed. The LED (light emitting diode) design allows you to clearly see a readout of the firmness level you have selected even in a darkened room. 
   

• The Discount Airbeds inflation system includes 50 scientifically accurate comfort set points: There is a setting that's right for you! 
   

• The dual digital hand controls feature an automatic bed-fill mode that allows you to give your bed that "made" look at the touch of a button. 
   

• The user friendly cam-lock fitting gently twist locks onto the air inflator, creating an air tight, trouble free seal. 
   

• The internal pressure valve allows the chamber to be disconnected from the inflator so you can more easily move the bed or to help with accurate service diagnostics in the field.

 

Note: The digital air inflator MUST BE acclimated to room temperature for 24 hours prior to attempting to operate. Failure to do this may result in the inflator not functioning properly.
