We offer a 30 day Money Back Guarantee on all our air beds. If you are not completely satisfied, return your mattress to us within 30 days and we will refund your purchase price (less the outbound shipping costs) in full. The customer is responsible for the cost to return the mattress. All mattresses must be received in "like new" condition - no damage of any kind including tears, discolorations, hair, etc. Do not lay your mattress on the floor when packing - this can easily result in the kind of damage described above. Return the mattress in an appropriate box and make sure to insure your shipment for an appropriate amount. If you have any questions about our return policy, please don't hesitate to contact us with your questions.

We will ship your new bed to you anywhere in the United States (except Alaska and Hawaii) for free via ground freight UPS, FedEx, or Common Carrier (freight company). If you would like your bed shipped to a location other than your home (i.e., you are traveling and would like your new bed to be waiting for you at your brother's, daughter's, or friend's house, or at a campground to which you are heading) we will gladly do our best to accommodate you. For rates to Alaska, Hawaii, and other countries, give us a call and we will quote you a price.
Each air bed from Discount AirBeds is compressed and rolled into a single box. This means each can be shipped pre-assembled in one box via FedEx or UPS. Unpacking is incredibly easy. Simply lay the mattress on the foundation, remove the plastic wrap, unroll and unfold the bed, and plug it in. It's that easy!
