All mattresses must be received in "like new" condition - no damage of any kind including tears, discolorations, hair, etc. Do not lay your mattress on the floor when packing - this can easily result in the kind of damage described above. Return the mattress in an appropriate box and make sure to insure your shipment for an appropriate amount. Each air bed from Discount AirBeds is compressed and rolled into a single box. This means each can be shipped pre-assembled in one box via FedEx or UPS. Unpacking is incredibly easy. Simply lay the mattress on the foundation, remove the plastic wrap, unroll and unfold the bed, and plug it in. It's that easy!
